Novus is a user-first web application designed to streamline and elevate the daily operations of coworking space managers. From independent spaces to multi-site networks, Novus empowers teams to manage their spaces, pricing, reservations, and clients — all within a single, intuitive platform.

The product was born out of a thorough user research phase. We conducted numerous interviews with coworking operators, front-desk teams, and community managers to understand their workflows, frustrations, and unmet needs. These insights served as the foundation for every product decision — from feature prioritization to interface behavior.

To ensure consistency and scalability, we built a fully custom design system tailored to the needs of the platform. Simple, responsive, and accessible, it supports a wide range of user profiles — whether they’re handling bookings from a tablet at the reception desk, adjusting pricing on a laptop, or reviewing space utilization reports from a mobile device.
