I led the full design of Wojo’s mobile application, a key product aimed at both resident members and mobile professionals seeking flexible workspaces. The app was conceived to make it easy to discover, book, and access over 300 coworking spaces across France — whether for a single day, a few hours, or long-term needs.

From user research and competitor analysis to wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI design, I handled the entire design process in close collaboration with the product and development teams. The goal was to create a smooth, user-friendly experience that works equally well for newcomers and regular members of the Wojo network.

The app includes key features such as smart geolocation-based search, space availability in real time, booking and check-in flows, and member perks — all designed to feel intuitive, responsive, and consistent with the Wojo brand identity.

Particular attention was given to the mobile UX logic, ensuring seamless interaction patterns, quick access to essential actions, and clear information hierarchy. The result is a polished, scalable mobile platform that enhances the user experience and supports Wojo’s ambition to become a leader in flexible workspace solutions.
